Our promise

• Confidential by default. Everything you give us — your name, email, phone number and predictions — is stored securely in Jaalakam's own data store and treated as confidential.
• Never used for marketing. We will not use your details to send you marketing or promotional messages.
• Never sold or shared. We do not sell, rent, trade or hand over your data to any other company, agency or individual.
• No third-party access. Your data is not opened up to any third-party service or external application.

Why we collect what we collect

We only ask for what the game needs to work:

• Name — to identify your account and process prize payouts. Prefer to stay anonymous on public boards? Set an alias name after you log in and your real name stays private.
• Email & phone — to sign you in, recover your account, and contact you about a prize you have won.
• Predictions & points — to run the leaderboards, scoring and redemptions.

Once a match is locked, the predictions made for that match become visible to other players in the interest of fair play. Your real name is only shown if you have not set an alias.
